I am delighted to welcome to our new apprentices, Nikita and Katherine, the newest members of the Highgrounds team. Nik and Kat will now embark on the new 3 year day release Level 3 qualification in vehicle paint & repair, supported by the senior team at Highgrounds. Both Nik and Kat are already qualified in vehicle mechanics and are now looking to develop their skills further.
As you will all know, recruiting high quality people is tough currently. This is why identifying and developing talent is a key part of our HR and growth strategy for the business, and Nik & Kat have all the qualities needed to be successful.
